We created a bunch of short and effective videos for job seekers to easily download our apps and start applying within minutes.
Not only was the initiative successful, but it generated global interest and Monster saw a 35 percent increase download flow and a 30 percent traffic increase to the careers page due to the combined efforts of our Snapchat targeted ads. Only three percent of U.S. recruiters use Snapchat, so we're working hard on integrating a job post with Snapchat.
